After making the compliant presentation, you can then email the client a link for the beneficiary to fill out the application.

FastApp EnrollmentYou can complete a telephonic enrollment using the FastApp Enrollment App.
You'll complete the App and, at the end, it will give you the option to complete the IVR. When you click that, you will receive the App ID and phone number to call. You will key in the App ID and confirm the clients name and DOB. After that, the client will complete the rest of the process on their own. Prepare the client for 10 minutes worth of statements and them saying "Yes" to agree. Pro Tip: you can edit the app at any point and call the phone number after even after you've called the phone number and started the process. Just hang up, edit the app, and re-dial. |
